Is there public transit near you?

Yes, we are across the street from the Winspear Centre access to Churchill Station LRT (Capital and Metro Lines), and just west of the Valley Line Quarters Station. North and South bus stops are located just south of us on 97th Street. Visit https://www.edmonton.ca/edmonton-transit-system-ets to plan your route.

Can my doctor send you a prescription directly?

Doctor offices and clinics can send prescriptions directly to us by fax. Many clinics are also now connected to us directly by a secure electronic platform for communication and sending prescriptions.

Do you direct bill prescription drugs?

We are able to direct bill most government and third-party insurance plans. Compounded prescriptions for personal use may have exceptions and require reimbursement. Contact us for more details.

Do you direct bill medical supplies?

We can direct bill Alberta Aids to Daily Living (AADL), and NIHB. We can work with Jordan’s Principle or your Child Services worker to arrange direct billing. Direct billing is not available for third-party insurance providers (Sunlife, Blue Cross, Manulife, etc.) as medical supplies do not have drug identification numbers (DINs). We can provide you with official receipts so you may submit for reimbursement. Check out our Direct Billing page to download common insurance reimbursement forms. Please contact us for specific questions.
