FAQ's About Compounding

What is your turnaround time for a compound?

Typically, we request partners provide us with a two business day notice for ordering their compound. However, we understand that there may be urgent situations that require immediate attention. In such cases, we will do our best to accommodate special requests for urgent compounds to the best of our abilities. We know your client’s health is your top priority, and we're here to support you in any way we can. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have urgent needs—we're ready to assist you.

Is there a service charge for delivery?

We do not charge our client’s for compound delivery in Edmonton, St. Albert and Sherwood Park. Courier fee may apply to locations out of the Edmonton area and varies based on distance, turnaround time and temperature controls.

Is there a minimum order or commitment for ordering compounds? What about contracts?

No. We operate on the principle of respecting individual freedom of choice and winning our client’s business through quality products and services without imposing any contractual commitment or requirements.
